  • Collection & Delivery Times: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm.
  • After placing your order, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date that suits you. All deliveries will be made within the specified hours, and you’ll receive a call 30-45 minutes before arrival.

Important: Ensure clear access for delivery drivers. Due to health and safety regulations, drivers are unable to go up or down stairs.

Soundproof/Slat Enclosures:

Manufactured in Silverwater, NSW, our soundproof and slat enclosures can be shipped Australia-wide, either door-to-door or to your nearest Toll depot at a reduced cost.

  • Before placing an order, please send us a message regarding pickup and delivery details, as we may need to confirm extras or your nearest depot.
  • Rest assured, nothing will be made or dispatched until we have confirmed all details with you.

We can have these shipped AUS WIDE door to door or to your nearest toll depot for a fraction of the cost.

Insurance

For just $12.95 + GST, you can add freight insurance to protect against any damage during transit. You can request this at checkout, or we’ll confirm it with you when finalising your order.

Regional Shipping (Price on Application)

We do not take payment for regional deliveries until we've confirmed the size, weight of the order, and the delivery location. Orders will be packed on a crate, and the cost will depend on these factors.

  • Forklift Requirement: Some regional deliveries may require a forklift on-site due to Toll safety regulations.

Nearest Toll/TNT Depot (Price on Application)

For a more cost-effective option, we can deliver to your nearest Toll depot. This allows you to avoid needing a forklift on-site. You can unpack the crate when it's brought out to you, or the depot can load it onto your trailer/ute.

  • The depot address will be provided upon order confirmation.
  • Crate delivery typically costs between $80 - $180 + GST, depending on location, size, and weight. If you'd like a quote before purchasing, please let us know below.

Regional POA - we won’t take payment for regional deliveries until we know the size, weight of order and location. Stock gets packed on a crate and the size and weight ultimately affects the price. 

Regional deliveries may require a forklift on-site due to Toll safety requirements.

Nearest Toll/Tnt depot POA - Delivery to the nearest toll depot for a fraction of the price vs regional. This means you won’t need a forklift and can unpack the crate once they bring it out to you, or they can use a forklift to load onto your trailer/ute! 

The address will be sent upon confirmation of your order. Once order placed and paid for we will contact and send all the info. 

This usually requires a crate and depending on the location, size and weight can be anywhere from $80-$180 + GST. If you’d like a quote for delivery before purchasing stock please let us know below 👇🏻
