Returns
Please note that our returns policy aligns with that of our suppliers. If you need to make a return, we’ll coordinate between all parties to ensure a smooth resolution.
Supplier Returns Policy
We offer a credit or exchange for change-of-mind returns within the following timeframes:
- In-store: 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Online: 30 days from the date of pick-up at our depots, delivery via our dedicated trucks, or delivery by the transport company.
Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outlined below, stock returns are at the supplier’s discretion. If discretion is applied, returns within the specified timeframes may be eligible for exchange or credit under the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase must accompany the returned merchandise.
- The merchandise must be in its original, re-saleable condition with all packaging intact. Please ensure the product is free from scratches or cracks, as this will be inspected by the supplier.
- Any discounts received at the time of purchase will be carried over.
- A restocking fee of 10% or $29 (whichever is greater) will apply to returned items.
- Cash or equivalent refunds are not provided.
Exclusions
Our return policy does not apply to custom or cut-to-size orders, such as:
- Project glass/hardware/extrusion
- Enduroshield coating
- Equipment enclosures
- Cut-to-size screening, battens, wire
- CNC and turret orders
