Returns

Please note our returns are in accordance with our suppliers. In the event you need to make a return we will coordinate between both parties and work towards a resolution.

Supplier returns policy; 

We are happy to offer you a credit or exchange for change of mind on our ranges. The following timeframes apply: In store: 30 days from date of purchase.

Online: 30 days from date of pick up from our depots, delivery on our dedicated trucks or delivery by the transport company.

Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outlined below, stock returns at its discretion. If discretion applied, stock returned within the above timeframes can be returned for an exchange or credit subject to the following conditions:

• Proof of purchase must be accompanied with the returned merchandise.
• The merchandise must be re-saleable and in its original condition with all packaging intact. Make sure that the product is in no way scratched or cracked as the supplier will see this. 
• Any discounts received at the time of purchase will be carried over.
• A restocking fee of 10% or $29 (whichever is greater) applies to returned items. Cash or equivalent refunds are not provided.

Our return policy does not apply to cut to size or custom orders such as: project glass/hardware/extrusion, Enduroshield coating, equipment enclosures, cut to size screening, cut to size battens, cut to size wire, CNC and turret.
