Why is your website different from your social media or email branding?
We started with carpentry services, and "Poolside Constructions" was fitting at the time. Now, Poolside Group is our overall brand, and Poolside Glass is part of our business, focused on supplying products and equipment enclosures. 🏝️
Where do you deliver?
We offer Australia-wide delivery through our trusted wholesalers and manufacturers. Products can be delivered door-to-door or to the nearest Toll/TNT depot—usually at a lower cost. Our enclosures are made in NSW/QLD, and supplies are sourced from wholesalers across Australia.

Where do you install?
We are based in Melbourne, and our team provides various services including carpentry, pool fencing, and installation of aluminium, glass, and PVC products. Our mission is to maintain high standards and deliver quality workmanship that reflects our reputation in the industry! 🌞
How does product collection work?
Once your order is processed, we’ll send you an invoice. After payment is confirmed, you can collect your order from one of our warehousing depots across Australia. If collection isn’t convenient, we can arrange delivery.
Do I need a pool inspection?
Yes, pool/spa regulations require a compliance inspection every four years. If you’re buying or selling a home or need to ensure compliance, the first step is to contact your local council to determine the lodgement/build date. Then, get in touch with us to organise an inspection and any necessary rectifications.
Do I need a permit?
It depends on the scope of the job, its complexity, and cost. If you’re unsure, our friendly team can guide you through the steps involved and help you determine whether a permit is required.
